* Gigapanorama from the roof of Dominanta Praska office building
Single images were shot at May 26th 2011 from the roof of an office building called Dominanta Praska, at Okrzei Street 1A. It is without a doubt one of the most interesting views in Warsaw.
We have mount a camera with Sigma 300 mm f/2.8 EX DG HSM APO lens at Gigapan EPIC Pro motorized panoramic head. We've put this set at 15 metres high mast, which allowed to get a very wide view.
360 panorama was made of 1 428 single images, 6 048x4 032 pixels each. The resultant image has 329 485x40 769 pixels which gives about 13.5 Gigapixel. If we'd like to print it in photographic quality, the print would have size of 28x3,5 meters!
The file is 53Gb large. Another interesting information is there is a graphic software which allows to open such a big file.
